Senior Educational Consultant
Job Description
We are looking for a highly ambitious Senior Educational Consultant who will help us to drive our local and international sales and operations and help us build the most advanced student platform in Europe.
Our mission is to digitally transform the European Higher Education sector. You will take an integral role in our movement to fundamentally change the way of international student mobility and recruitment by creating meaningful student, university and partner relationships.
You will be directly reporting to the CEO and experience first-hand the everyday life within an international start-up.
Your job is to guide, assist and provide international students with all the tools and information they need to solidify their dreams to study abroad in Spain, and make them become reality. Everybody deserves a chance – you help bridging the gap.
Minimum Qualifications
- Master’s Degree or higher (must have studied abroad)
- PhD is a plus
- Superior English and Spanish language skills are a must: great written & verbal communication & presentation skills in both languages. Any additional European language is a plus
- Abroad and travel experience is a must
Skills and background
- Min. 3 years professional experience in a company (previous work in sales is a big plus)
- 5-10 years academic experience
- You believe that higher education is one of the most powerful tools to make a positive impact on the long-term future of this planet
- Results- and competitive-driven, highly-organized individual
- Hands-on and execution attitude with ability to drive change and MAKE THINGS HAPPEN
- Superior communication and presentation skills
- Motivation for Sales & Business Development challenges
- Ability to adapt to change in a highly dynamic & multicultural work environment
- Ability to initiate, establish, and nurture meaningful business relationships through digital channels
- Background in educational/university recruiting or consulting is a plus

- Strategize with founders, contractors and external parties
- Creation of the database foundation of our international student recruitment platform
- Grow pipeline by executing on market-qualified leads
- On-hands operations and sales training to harmonize with the process and drive the further software development based on gained experience
